2. Booking and Payments

When you book a tour or travel package through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are authorized to make the booking on behalf of all individuals named in the booking and that you have the necessary legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

• Booking Process: You can make bookings via our website or by contacting us directly. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with details of the tour or service.
• Payment: Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via the payment methods available on our website, including credit/debit cards, online banking, or other specified options. Full payment is required unless a deposit is agreed upon.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

3. Pricing and Taxes

The prices listed for tours, packages, and services are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, including GST, are applicable as per the prevailing rates and will be added to the final price during checkout. Any changes to the cost due to external factors like fuel price increases, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you at the earliest.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please note the following terms:

• Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at tajindiatourandtravel@gmail.com. Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the terms of the specific tour/package booked.
• Cancellation Charges:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
• Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, we may have to cancel a tour due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc.). If we cancel a tour, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative tour package.
• Refunds: Any refunds due to cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of baggage. Travel insurance is not included in the price of any tour or package and must be purchased separately.

6. Health and Safety

As a travel operator, we prioritize your safety. You are required to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before your tour. You should also adhere to all local health and safety regulations during your trip. We are not responsible for any illness or injury that occurs during the tour if caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Responsibility and Liability

Taj India Tour and Travel makes every effort to ensure the services we provide are of high quality. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers) or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, flight delays, etc.).

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
